This unit does not have an electric clutch or a fuel pump. If you do have an electric clutch and a fuel, pump you can purchase an engine with a 9 amp alternator or larger and a fuel pump already on it. You will need to reuse the exhaust system that came with your tractor or source a new one from Toro.
