If you purchase a recoil start engine that does not have an alternator and you have an electric clutch, you will need to use your alternator and regulator from your original engine. If you have a solenoid shift starter, you will have to use it along with your shroud.If you purchase any of the replacement engines listed below, you may have to reuse parts off of your engine. However, those necessary parts should be interchangeable.
